Terms of Service

You send from your own SMTP and IMAP credentials. OutboundOS does not send on a shared IP, a warmup network, or from outboundos.org on your behalf. You are responsible for the content of mail and for complying with CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, and any other applicable law.

Launch stays locked until DNS passes, list bounce risk is at or under 3%, every email step includes an unsubscribe URL, and the workspace has a physical postal address. Plan caps sit on top of those deliverability gates. They never replace them.

Plans are flat-rate with a hard monthly send cap. We may suspend sending when a subscription lapses or a cap is exceeded. We may terminate accounts that abuse the service or attempt to use it as a spam factory.

The software is provided as-is. Self-hosted installs remain available for operators who run their own box.
