Data Processing Addendum

When you use the hosted app, OutboundOS acts as a processor of the personal data you load into a workspace (leads, replies, suppression addresses, member emails). You are the controller of that data.

We process that data only to provide the product: store lists, render sequences, send via your SMTP, poll your IMAP, halt on reply, and bill the workspace. Subprocessors include the hosting provider, Postgres and Redis operators, Resend for account mail (resets, invites), and Stripe for payment.

You can export workspace data from Settings and delete the workspace. Deletion removes tenant rows, including suppressions. We retain only what the law requires for invoices.

International transfers follow the subprocessors’ standard contractual clauses. Report a security issue to the operator of this deploy.
