Privacy Policy

OutboundOS is a multi-tenant outbound workspace. We store the account, workspace, membership, campaign, list, inbox configuration, and reply data you create so the product can send and halt mail on your behalf.

SMTP and IMAP passwords and AI keys are encrypted at rest with a server key. We decrypt them only in the worker at send or poll time. We do not sell personal data. We do not operate a shared sending pool or warmup network.

Billing is processed by Stripe when you subscribe. You can export or delete a workspace from Settings. Suppression rows survive campaign deletes and are removed when the workspace is deleted.
